Michael W. Carr
CEO
As a founder of ACS, along with partner Dennis Archer Jr., Michael Carr has served as CEO since its inception in 2004. Under their leadership, ACS has grown from a startup company to one of the leading minority-owned marketing services companies in the country. Mr. Carr guides the company’s strategic direction, focusing on delivering excellence to some of the nation’s top brands in the automotive, consumer packaged goods, and medical device & diagnostics industries.
Prior to founding ACS, Mr. Carr was president of Wireless Resources, Inc., a regional provider of wireless networking design and implementation services. Previously, Mr. Carr had a long career with IBM in sales and marketing, holding various leadership positions in sales and sales management. He concluded his IBM career in IBM Global Services, working in systems integration and management consulting before launching his entrepreneurial career.
Michael W. Carr is a native of Detroit, Michigan, and earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI.
Dennis W. Archer, Jr.
President
Dennis W. Archer Jr., Esq., the Chairman & CEO of sixteen42 ventures, works each day to live one of his mentors, Charles Allen’s mantra “doing well while doing good”. Throughout his business career, Dennis has continuously worked to push his companies, boards, and any organizations with which he works to ensure they are innovative and fiscally prudent as well as creating opportunities and opening the doors to those deserving but heretofore not invited. Sixteen42 ventures is the parent company to several operating companies and strategic investments to include Archer Corporate Services.
In 2004, he co-founded ACS, with CEO Mike Carr. Under their leadership, ACS has grown into one of the nation’s leading marketing fulfillment service firms, serving clients such as General Motors, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Target, and Microsoft. For these companies, ACS provides trade and consumer fulfillment, printing and print management, promotional merchandising, plastic card production and call center services.
From a governance perspective, in October 2020 publicly traded Independent Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: IBCP) appointed Dennis to its board of directors, where he serves on the nomination and governance, audit and loan committees. Additionally, Dennis co-founded the bank's DEI committee, on which he sits. Prior to IBCP, Dennis served as a director of Main Street Bank, where he served on the audit, loan and CRA committees. Dennis is one of three outside members serving on the General Motors Inclusion Advisory Board (appointed by CEO, Mary Barra) where he provides advice and insights regarding opportunity and advancement and the General Motors Supplier Council. Dennis is also on the board of advisors for HealthRise, a revenue cycle consultancy and V2SOFT, a Michigan based IT Solutions provider. In December 2020, Governor Gretchen Whitmer appointed Dennis to the Wayne County Airport Authority. In 2025 he became the Chairman of the board, which is responsible for the management and operation of Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport and Willow Run Airport. He also sits on the board's audit committee.
Archer’s civic and philanthropic involvement includes Past Chair of the Detroit Regional Chamber Board of Directors where he also sits on the executive committee and chaired the 2016 Mackinac Policy Conference, and the 2019 and 2020 Detroit Policy Conferences. In 2020, Archer founded and was appointed Chair of the Chamber’s Racial Justice & Economic Equality Committee. He is a founder and the Chairman of the Paradise Valley Foundation and sits on the boards of the Jalen Rose Leadership Academy, Dennis W. Archer Foundation, Citizen Detroit, and the Wayne County Youth and Senior Education Board. Dennis received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan and has a certification in the NMSDC Advanced Management Education Program from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
Dennis has been recognized for his efforts both corporately and philanthropically to include being awarded the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Michigan and Ohio Region. Dennis resides in Detroit with his sons Trey (Dennis, III) and Chase.
Ralph G. Moore
Board Member
As a pioneer in supplier and business diversity, Ralph G. Moore, CPA, brings over four decades of dedication and expertise to Archer Corporate Services. With deep roots in Chicago, Ralph founded RGMA in 1979, quickly establishing it as a benchmark for diversity and business strategy development. His insightful leadership has guided numerous high-profile organizations and governmental bodies in fostering inclusive business practices.
Ralph's notable career milestones include serving as a trusted advisor to the Supplier Diversity Advisory Councils of industry giants like Procter & Gamble and Macy’s and spearheading diversity initiatives at prestigious institutions such as the University of Chicago and City Colleges of Chicago. His strategic vision was instrumental in shaping the supplier diversity frameworks adopted by several Fortune 500 companies, enhancing their community and economic impact.
A proud alumnus of Southern Illinois University, Ralph has served on the ACS board since 2004, underscoring his commitment to integrating robust diversity frameworks into corporate governance and operational excellence.
Manish Kapoor
Board Member
Manish Kapoor is a leading industry expert for eCommerce supply chain and logistics, particularly in Last Mile operations. Under his leadership, GCG — Growth Catalyst Group has become a powerhouse for supply chain and logistics innovation and marketing excellence with award-winning companies under one umbrella organization.
Manish Kapoor is credited with transforming last-mile delivery and supply chain strategies through technology, data-driven insights, and customer-centric solutions. With over 25 years of experience driving innovation and operational excellence at Amazon, FedEx, and now as Founder and CEO of GCG, encompassing Advatix Inc., Archway Inc., and XPDEL Inc.
At Amazon, he was the first hire for Amazon Logistics (AMZL) and played a pivotal role in launching global initiatives like Amazon Fresh and Sunday Delivery. At FedEx, he developed the first centralized command and control center for last-mile logistics in the U.S., pioneering automated route optimization.
Manish holds advanced degrees in Supply Chain Strategy & Management from MIT, an MBA from Babson College, and a Master of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology. Rooted in a four-generation family legacy of entrepreneurship, Manish’s passion for innovation continues to shape the future of logistics.
Brad Keywell
Board Member
Brad Keywell is a prolific entrepreneur and investor, having founded or co-founded nine technology companies, including three NASDAQ-listed entities such as Groupon and Echo Global Logistics. He is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Uptake Technologies, an industrial AI software company recognized globally for its innovation and impact. Brad’s strategic investments through his venture capital firm, Lightbank, have propelled numerous technology firms, including Tempus AI and Sprout Social, to significant success.
In addition to his business ventures, Brad is deeply committed to philanthropy and advancing innovation in the arts and education. In 2015, he signed The Giving Pledge, committing the majority of his wealth to charitable causes, and he founded the WNDR Museum, an immersive art and technology experience. He also chairs Chicago Ideas, a prominent platform for global thought leaders.
Brad serves as an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.B.A. with honors from the University of Michigan School of Business. His vast experience and visionary leadership make him a valuable asset to the ACS board.
Sam Vahie

Sam Vahie is a distinguished expert in Supply Chain Design and Analytics with over three decades of experience. As the Chief Solutions Officer at Growth Catalyst group, he spearheads the Solutions team, fostering strategic innovation and growth through the application of advanced technologies and deep operational insights. His career is marked by significant leadership roles across industries, including his notable contributions to companies like Frito-Lay, Nortel, and Lucent.
In his previous positions at esteemed firms such as Wilson Perumal & Co., Alvarez & Marsal, and IRI, Sam demonstrated his profound expertise by leading transformative initiatives that not only enhanced operational efficiencies but also redefined business strategies. His efforts have consistently resulted in substantial operational improvements, particularly through his work transitioning companies like Nortel and Lucent from traditional manufacturing to solutions-focused delivery models.
Sam's academic background, with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, complements his extensive practical experience. This education has equipped him with deep analytical skills and a robust strategic business approach. Additionally, Sam serves as an Advisory Board Member at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he plays a critical role in shaping the next generation of leaders in technology and business strategy.
