• Single ordering portal for marketing collateral, sterile samples and non-sterile samples
•Business rule and role driven site that supports hirachary driven budget tracking
• Order approval emails for over the order limit requests, expedited shipping requests and over the budget limit requests
• Dropship order processing from J&J and Ethicon sterile facilities
• Integration with J&J and Ethicon systems for shipping and open payment reporting

 • Team collaboration with client stakeholders, client IT staff, J&J Corporate IT staff, J&J Quality team and 3rd party consulting team • Web design that supports both internal sales force and Health Care Professionals (HCP’s)

• Single system that supports the end to end process of inventory management, order management, serial number tracking, budget tracking, end distribution to HCP or hospital and Open Payment Reporting
• Consolidation of separate HCP and sales force ordering sites into a single site with role based access
• Customized HCP database that contains HCP and Hospital Administrator contact information associated with each sales territory
• All items that require Open Payment Reporting are loaded directly into the sales reps “trunk stock” including device serial number, lot number and expiration date, eliminating manual entry and reducing errors.
